Welcome to Living Waters' Ministry! I would like to share with you a little bit about us. 

 

Mission:

Our Mission is to take women who are experiencing brokenness, and are ready for change, bring them to the feet of Jesus through individualized biblical education and mentorship; which will transform their minds and hearts to help them make successful decisions in life.

The Lord Jesus came to the founder, Liz Miller, in 2019 and told her that she was the woman at the well and to go find other women at the well. Never in her wildest imagination would she imagine that He would require her to leave her home in Tennessee to return to Warner Robins, GA. But the Lord called her back to her childhood home to start a discipleship ministry. November 5, 2020 the journey began with her family and her best friend, co-founder, Julie Balducci (who moved from Texas to Georgia).

All glory and praise goes to our Lord and Savior Jesus of Nazareth for this calling on our lives to lead women (and children) to a relationship with Him. It is such an honor and privilege to help them to know who God is and who they are in Him. There is freedom in the name of Jesus! There is no other answer but Jesus and all that He did on the Cross for you and I. Getting to know Him through relationship (koinonia) with Holy Spirit, reading & studying Scripture, praying and praising Him is far more powerful and life changing then dead religious works.

Quick Testimony:

Liz and Julie's testimonies summed up in a brief statement is that they tried the "dry wells" of the world and all they brought them was death, suffering, darkness, sin and emptiness. They had head knowledge of Jesus as their Savior, they had religious works but their personal relationship with the Lord was not there. Not till a series of events occurred in their lives did the Holy Spirit awaken them to the Father's heart for fellowship with them that their lives were truly transformed. For Jesus IS The Living Water (John 4:13-14) that quenches our soul, gives life to our spirit (2 Corin. 5:17) and fills our God-size hole in our hearts (Romans 15:13). In Him we find our identity, our acceptance, our fulfillment, our purpose and there is no one on earth that loves us like Jesus (Romans Ch. 3, 5, 6, 8)!

This journey with the Lord has been a blessed time of growth in spiritual maturity, faith, joy, peace in trials and loving hard when it's hard to love. Freedom is our inheritance as children of God. "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Strong's 4982: save, heal, preserve, rescue)" (Romans 10:13, Joel 2:32). What we do with our freedom is up to us. It is a gift that must be received, unpacked and enjoyed. Holy Spirit is our great teacher here to help us live this life of freedom in abundance! (John 10:10)

The Land:

LWM has 15.5 acres in Kathleen, Ga. Lord willing, we are planning on being self-sustaining with live stock, gardens, pond, hydroponics systems and greenhouses. We want to show our students the love of the Father through skills, responsibilities, and nurturing that comes from a farming life style. We believe that the Lord has told us to be as self-sustaining as possible to bless our students and our community.

 

We are looking for financial partners to help this vision come to pass. Our first phase is to have the land paid off and then we will begin building on the land. Currently the ministry is being ran out of our homes. Our goal is to have phase one complete in 2024. 

 

Looking Ahead:

The women who have already graduated our discipleship ministry are leaders in our community. Their life of death and destruction no longer defines them. They are victorious in Jesus and we are excited about the great plans that Jesus has instore for them. We now look to them to help reach back to the our new students and help them to get out of the "pit" and into a life lived in freedom. Our hearts beam with joy to watch our student's lives unfold as they daily walk with Holy Spirit, listening, obeying and loving Him (2 Corin. 3:17, 1 John 5:1-5).

LWM leaders, graduates and students long to help others who might be experiencing brokenness come into the understanding that Jesus loves them. I leave you with this prayer, "I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him through your deepening intimacy with him. I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling--that is, the wealth of God's glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones! I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God's power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm!" (Ephesians 1:17-20 TPT)
